Students don chef’s apron and cap to promote goodness of nutritional food

KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 28, 2023: Students of Alphores e-techno school, Bhagathnagar, Karimnagar town, captivated the visitors with their thought-provoking models on the importance of ‘Nutritious Food’ on Sunday.

On this occasion, the students donned chef’s apron and caps and made nutritious dishes with millets, milk shakes, sandwiches using fresh carrots, tomatoes etc. They also exhibited various nutritional values of the natural food such as vegetables, millets, milk products including curd and yogurt, dry fruits, fresh fruits etc. They also explained the importance of good health by consuming fresh fruits and vegetables. They also educated the importance of consuming clean water for staying healthy.

Alphores educational institutions chairman V Narender Reddy encouraged and motivated the students to eat and bring healthy food to the school and added that healthy food played an important role in overall development of the child. He also motivated the students to reduce the food waste and water. He informed the students to discourage consuming junk food which would cause all health problems.

Alphores Khel Masti

Alphores Educational institutions chairman V Narender Reddy also inaugurated the Alphores Khel Masti-2023 at Alphores Boys Residential International school in Vedira village on the outskirts of Karimnagar town. On this occasion, the students participated in various sports and games such as shuttle badminton, volleyball, throwball, football, netball, kho-kho, musical chair, caroms chess, table-tennis and others.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Narender Reddy called upon the students to accord priority for the sports along with academics. Participation of students in sports activities would keep them fit and healthy, he said added that the sports would also development over personality of the students including leadership qualities and team spirit.
